Business Development Representative

Your responsibilities
  • increase sales within the territory by establishing and expanding long term profitable customer relationships
  • providing product, engineering and logistic solutions and preparation of commercial offers with the goal of generating sales
  • carrying out qualified consultations for clients on technical issues of product use
  • active monitoring of the market, making proposals to increase sales
  • maintenance of the customer / project database (CRM system) and in time reporting to management
Our requirements
  • technical and commercial understanding
  • excellent skills of product presentation and client relationship development
  • proactive business development and sales approach
  • ability to elaborate our technical sales approach for successfully selling various products and services based on value-based selling to compete by quality and USP
  • profound understanding of the regional market and international company relations
  • technical or commercial university education
  • minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • experience in the Fastener related industry and railway/machinery/automotive/medical segment would be advantage
  • driving license class B
  • fluent in Polish and English
  • good communication & presentation skill, self-motivated and result-oriented
  • high flexibility and commitment / readiness for action
  • honest and loyal, goal-oriented self-starter (willingness to perform)
  • identification with quality-philosophy / high quality thinking
  • optimistic approach and solution orientation
