We are an international company, having its CEE headquarter in Austria. For the further development and expansion of our business in Romania we are looking for a
Technical Sales Professional (based in : Cluj, Timisoara, Sibiu or Arad region)

We offer the highest quality in fastening technology serving OEM's worldwide. We provide proven expertise in many markets including automotive, rail, EV, industrial automation and Rrobotics. Whether the customer's fastening challenges are in electrical or mechanical engineering, We have a solution for every application.
The ideal candidate combines the following qualities
- technical and commercial understanding
- excellent skills of product presentation and client relationship development
- proactive business development and sales approach
- ability to elaborate our technical sales approach for successfully selling various products and servicescompete and sell by quality and USP, not only by price
- profound understanding of Romanian market and international company relations
Tasks
- increase sales within Romania by establishing and expanding long term profitable customer relationships
- providing technical solutions and preparation of commercial offers with the goal of generating sales
- carrying out qualified consultations for clients on technical issues of product use
- training of customer employees using products and systems
- active monitoring of the market, making proposals to increase sales
business trips within Romania and occasionally to Austria for annual Sales Meetings - maintenance of the customer / project database (CRM system) and in time reporting to management
- report to the Sales Director, located in Austria and provide value in a rapidly changing industry
Professional expertise
- technical or commercial university education
- preferably experience in B2B sales, marketing, business development, engineering or product management
- excellent communication skills and experience in building customer relationships
- experience in project management, nevertheless the main work is "in the field”
- advantageous - knowledge / experience in the railway/automotive/steel sheet industry
- advantageous - active and broad network within the industry sector
- driving license is a must
- fluent in English or German is a must too
