Battery-powered screwdriving and riveting devices equipped with sensors are the first step towards digitalizing your production. The tools receive information about the next work step directly from the system and return information about the last work status. Configuration of the tools is simple and user-friendly.
Easy handling
All Bossard SmartTools are intuitive to use. New operators find their way quickly and easily and do not require long training periods.
Direct status indication through colored LED
The fitter always receives immediate feedback from the tool through the LED display. The lights can be individually programmed and signal, for example, when the tool is is ready for use.
Man-Machine-Communication
The OLED display shows all important information such as battery status, set torque, status of the last processing step etc. Settings for autonomous use of the tool can also be made in the tool menu.
Connected and smart
The integrated WLAN module ensures wireless data transmission within the shop floor. The tools can be controlled with a central control software. The optional scanner can read 2D and bar codes and use this information to parameterize the machine for the next work step.
